About My Prints

Many of my photographs are available for purchase in small-edition, gallery-quality archival pigment prints or photographic prints mounted behind acrylic. These fine art prints are made either with archival pigment inks on acid-free fine art paper, or on the highest quality photographic paper with meticulous mounting, providing exceptional quality and longevity in either format.

Limited Editions

All of the prints I offer are limited editions. This means that a strictly limited number of prints will be produced of a particular photograph. Each print is individually signed and labelled with the print number and edition size. For example, a print labelled 2/9 would be the second print made in an edition of nine.

As of 2025, all new photographs available for sale are in small editions of nine prints for archival pigment prints or five prints for acrylic mounts.

Certain photos may be offered in a larger edition size if copies were previously sold and numbered in a larger edition.

Signatures

Archival prints are signed and numbered on the front of the print, in the lower margin. Framed archival prints are matted with a narrow border and the signature visible. Photographic prints in floater frames with face-mounted acrylic have a signed and numbered edition label affixed to the reverse, including a serial number, and come with a matching Certificate of Authenticity.

Archival Pigment Print

Archival pigment prints are gallery-quality fine art prints produced using a digital inkjet process on archival artist papers. Completely acid- and lignin-free, these papers have exceptional longevity and will outlast even the best professional photographic papers without fading or cracking. My fine art prints are produced using nine-color Epson UltraChrome Pro pigments on Hahnemühle art papers. Prints are suitable for matting and framing.

Prints include a 0.8-inch white border on prints up to 8 x 12 in. and a 1.2-inch border on larger prints. The dimensions listed are the image size; the border increases the overall paper size accordingly.

Archival prints are individually numbered and signed in the lower margin.

Gallery-Framed Archival Print

A refined, gallery-style presentation to protect and display your print. An archival pigment print on fine art paper, signed and numbered in the lower margin, professionally framed with a white, 8-ply, acid-free mat and wood frame with black finish. The mat leaves a narrow border around the print with the signature and edition number visible. Premium UltraVue® UV70 glass is exceptionally clear, antireflective, and virtually invisible. Frame is wired for hanging. Please note that gallery-framed prints will have higher shipping costs in order to protect against glass breakage.

Floater Frame with Matte Acrylic

Clean, modern style meets gallery framing. A premium photographic print on silver halide photographic paper is flawlessly face-mounted and sealed behind clear acrylic glass with a matte surface. The acrylic gives depth to the image, while the matte surface imparts a subtle, glare-free finish. The mounted print floats cleanly inside a solid wood frame, separated from the frame by a dramatic shadow gap. Arrives ready to hang with brackets attached. Includes a numbered and signed edition label on the reverse, with an accompanying serialized certificate of authenticity.
